The DSCR Resource Center is a brand operated by Domestic Works LLC (“Domestic Works,” “we,” “us”). We are a marketing and lead-generation company. We are not a lender, bank, mortgage broker, mortgage banker, or creditor, and we do not take loan applications, extend credit, quote binding rates, or make underwriting or credit decisions of any kind. We operate this website to connect real estate investors seeking DSCR rental property financing in California and Arizona with independent, third-party mortgage lenders and brokers who make all such decisions.
When you use our DSCR calculator, submit our lender-matching form, subscribe to our blog, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property address and details, estimated property value and rental income, loan amount requested, self-reported credit score range, entity/ownership structure, and any other information you voluntarily provide. We also automatically collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs) via cookies and similar technologies.
We use the information you provide to operate our matching service, respond to inquiries, personalize content, measure site performance, and comply with legal obligations.
This is the most important section to read. By submitting the lender-matching form on this site, you expressly authorize The DSCR Resource Center to share and/or sell your submitted information — including your contact details and loan scenario — to a network of third-party mortgage lenders, brokers, marketing partners, and lead-routing platforms so that they may contact you directly with loan program offers. We may receive compensation from these third parties in exchange for your lead information. These third parties are independent businesses responsible for their own privacy practices, licensing, and compliance; we encourage you to review each partner's own privacy policy once they contact you.
By submitting a form on this site with your phone number, you provide prior express written consent for The DSCR Resource Center and the third-party lenders, brokers, and marketing partners we share your information with to contact you at the number and email address provided, about mortgage and DSCR loan products — by live agent, SMS/text message, pre-recorded or artificial voice message, and automated telephone dialing systems — even if that number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
Some calls, texts, or chat messages you receive as a result of submitting a form on this Site may use artificial intelligence — including AI-generated or voice-cloned audio, automated conversational chatbots, or AI-assisted drafting of text messages. The Federal Communications Commission treats calls that use AI-generated voice technology the same as calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice under the TCPA, and the consent described in Section 5 authorizes this kind of contact. Where a call or chat is generated or substantially assisted by AI, we and our partners will take reasonable steps to identify it as such upon request.
You may revoke your consent to be contacted at any time and through any reasonable method — including by replying STOP to a text message, telling a live or automated caller to stop, or contacting us using the information in Section 10 — regardless of which company or system is contacting you.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions), and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, which includes our practice of providing your lead information to third-party lenders in exchange for compensation. We do not sell or share information relating to consumers we know are under 16 years old.
